I can't provide a place, but here is what I can bring:

xbox 360 w/ 4 controllers (games:  GoW2, CoD MW2, Halo2, SplinterCell Conviction, plus a few others)
37" LCD TV (will need a table or stand)
5.1 sound system for above
2 power strips
50' 3 wire extension cord

Large pizzas from Papa Johns (will need to know how many are attending)

The 25th of September works for me.  Most dates are fine.

I would really like to make one of these events, but I still can't say one way or the other if I'm going to be able to go.  I'll be in my fall semester, and while school doesn't happen on the weekends, I may be working as well then.  I'm transitioning from TAA to TRA, which means I can get a job and make more than $60 a week and they won't take it off my compensation.  It will probably come down to a week or so before this happens before I know if I can make it or not.

I should be able to work it out to be there on the 24th. 

I will bring my 360 and 4 controllers, should be able to bring a tv, I think I still have a bunch of network cables laying around as well.  And for food I will wait till I know for sure I'm coming and find out what we need then.  And Gary's church sounds good for location. 

Oh yeah and I'm back to playing on a semi regular basis.

I have updated the title with the date. 

I talked to Ghost and we will have it at my church since it is on a highway and easier to find and get to.

So it will be Sept 25th starting at 12 noon til whenever the last person wants to leave.
