Played the first chapter of the Decepticon campaign. Pretty good, but I thought the hard difficulty is no pushover. Multiplayer is pretty good, a dash of Gears , mostly mech assault, all played at the speed of Unreal (almost). Most people are using the soldier class for easier kills, but I was playing conquest using the scientist. Transform to a jet, fly quickly from node to node and try to capture them. I earned a lot of points from healing teammates and capturing nodes. The problem is that I can't defend them well with the scientist due to wimpy weapons, so no teamwork=losing the nodes as quickly as I capture them. With some XMG or AGE guys, this one could have some legs. All the old Mech Assault players should give it a rent at least.

I'm not that much further ahead in the story than you. Maybe we can get some coop done over the weekend.

I should be on later tonight, after my wife and daughter go to bed. If that doesn't work there's always Friday or Saturday nights.

I hope they do a pricedrop on the game and get people playing it. It really is a fun game. Be shame if they kill it off.

Sure, it's fun... then you try to play the MP. Lag, hosts quitting, getting raped... At least if I play COD the server is usually smoothe and it's just the other players tearing my backside. That being said, I would like to play more escalation mode. Join us, Fin?

I would also like to try some of the MP and co-op. I have only the last chapter left in the campaign.

Monday is a holiday in Canada, and my girlfriend is away so I'd love to do some coop/escalation on Sunday.
